terms of service

To commission me you must read and agree with these terms of service.Quotes for commissions are free, if since my prices go up you will need a new quote.I accept paypal globally and e-transfer within Canada only. Prices are in USD.I will ONLY accept payment before I start the commission. I will not start the sketch till I have confirmed that I have received the money.I accept refunds IF it is a month from the date of the commission and you have not received any works in progress. No refunds will be given if the commission has been started.Once the commission is paid for and done you are free to do whatever you want with it besides claiming said art drawn by anyone other than me.I need a clear reference of the character. if it is unclear please provide the correct colours and label it. I may ask questions about the reference sheet.If you are harassing me I have a right to cancel the commission and refund if work has not been started.Works in progress will be given throughout. Base price for a two fur and one minky colour suit. additional colours will raise cost.
3d eyes are ordered online from spiltgrapesoda.
Can work with other eye blank templates, will require extra if more expensive than standard eye blanks

Paws come lined with a sports material and fingers are stuffed.

Once materials have been purchased, that amount cannot be refunded. Materials will be sent to buyer at buyers expenseOnce suit has been completed, the buyer will not be shipped the work until it has been fully paid off and shipping has been paidOnce suit has been shipped, no refunds will be made. You can pay extra to insure your suit at your expense. Sending without any insurance is on the buyer to accept the risk of package being lost or damaged.Damages that are purely the makers mistakes will be fixedOver time, small seams may pop if suit is under lots of stress or mishandled.Majority of the suit is machine Sewn, any hand sew parts use high strength thread that is designed for upholstery.Time frame:
